I love Jack and Jack together, because they're both such dangerous people. And they know it, and aren't fooled by each other's various camouflages, and they both have such a protective stance toward their people, even as they're quite merrily leading them into horribly dangerous places. And they know enough not to trust people like them.
And poor Sam and Daniel, caught in the middle, and while Daniel can probably pick up a lot of what's going on with both Jacks... poor Sam. I have a feeling that she's actively happier not knowing that her two commanding officers are fighting over her.
