There was some additional backstory to that last one, involving communally-raised kids and phantom sea anemones and some sort of mythical Mother figure who looked after the children but no one had ever seen, but damn if I ever got enough detail to properly pin it down. Which is a shame; I feel like I haven't hung my hat in the horror corner yet, and I should get on that for the sake of diversification, or something.
...I feel like I should figure out what the heck Jack actually did in that first one at some point, here. :P
