Hee. I have bits and pieces more written out – to various degrees of completeness and comprehensibility – and every time Jack and Jack are in a room together, this sort of thing always happens. In Harkness' Time Agency terminology, they call it "dancing" – the weird process of feeling out where all the boundaries and power dynamics lie and negotiating them.
