Ooooooooh, I love this one! I love the mingled affection and uncertainty in the way he relates to Peter, and the way he's sort of warily settling into and learning life with the FBI - the conversation with Bancroft illustrates this especially well.
And I love the last one so much - Peter and Diana working together to take care of Neal, and their concern and his willingness to accept it, and the ways they give him space and pretend not to be worried and when they stop pretending. It's lovely and adorable and understated and just right.
