I feel like some day that sucker is either going to biodegrade or get eaten by an unwitting visitor, and Peter wil be quietly disconsolate (while never admitting that anything is wrong) for weeks. Finally, Neal will offer to get him a new damn sucker, but it just won't be the same. So Neal will start thinking of ways to forge years-old suckers, and then start wondering where his life went so weird that he's thinking about forging generic candy.
...also, I'm picturing Mozzie showing up at the Burkes' house and just immediately being loaded down with, like, eleven cakes. A cake tower taller than he is. So he takes them to Neal's place and piles them on Neal's table and Neal walks in and just dots at Mozzie, and Mozzie is like "I DID WARN YOU. Why does nobody believe me when I warn them about these things?"
